We may at times require that you register and/or set up an account to use certain portions of our Services. To do so, you may be provided, or required to choose, a password, user ID, and/or other registration information, including, but not limited to, personal information (collectively, “Registration Information”). You agree and represent that all Registration Information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If CPR Savvy believes that the Registration Information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, CPR Savvy reserves the right to refuse you access to its Services. However, CPR Savvy has no obligation to verify the accuracy, currency, completeness or usefulness of any Registration Information that you have provided to our Services. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the registered Services. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), your parents or guardians must provide consent for you to use the specific Services. Your use of the registered Services is a representation to CPR Savvy that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have parental or guardian consent. You agree to cooperate with CPR Savvy's reasonable measures to verify your identity and authority, including confirming the consent from parents or guardians. Please note that participants must be at least 12 years of age to participate in first aid courses and at least 16 years of age to participate in BLS courses.
All courses must be paid in full at time of registration. Withdrawals from a course will be processed up to one week prior to the course date. Please note that fees for any materials included with your course fees (eBooks/blended learning keys) are non-refundable once they have been sent to you. At CPR Savvy we realize that emergencies happen. If you find you are no longer able to attend the course you have registered for less than a week, we can apply your full amount towards another date. Failure to notify us that you are unable to attend will be equated to a no show. NO SHOW = NO REFUND
