During the course of the COVID-19 outbreak we have implemented the following additional precautions to keep our participants and staff safe:
If you have been in contact with a suspected/confirmed case within the past 14 days, or have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, headache, fatigue, rash, diarrhea, shortness of breath, generalized unwell feeling), please wait to book or contact us to postpone your course. We are happy to reschedule your course at a mutually convenient date and time up to 6 months from your original course date at no additional charge.
We are using the current Niagara Region Public Health Screening Tool. You will be provided with a link to the form in your course email, but can also access it here. This should be filled out on the day of your course prior to entering the building.
CPR Savvy Inc recognizes Health Canada’s guidance that vaccinations are one of the most effective ways to protect our staff, families, participants, communities and ourselves against COVID-19. In order to create the safest environment for everyone, we have developed this policy based on the latest public health protocols.
Fully vaccinated or full vaccination refers to the individual having received all doses of the COVID-19 vaccine as authorized by Health Canada a minimum of 14 days prior.
Proof of full vaccination refers to a COVID-19 vaccine dose administration document, certificate or receipt, or an electronic vaccine passport that has been provided by a provincial/territorial government of Canada and that shows the individual has been fully vaccinated.
All CPR Savvy Inc staff and volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of full vaccination.
All course participants are required to complete a health screening form prior to entering the building.
All participants, staff and volunteers are required to follow other public health measures, including appropriate masking, hand washing, physical distancing, and daily health screening in order to provide the safest possible environment for everyone.
This policy is effective January 20, 2022. CPR Savvy Inc safety protocols will be reviewed periodically to reflect the new development to the pandemic situation and in accordance with the latest public health guidance.
